I've worked with Tom since he started his business. He has been exceptionally professional in preparing delicious - and beautiful food. While I am working events we host, I typically don't get a chance to enjoy the food - but when Tom is our chef, I make a point to sample everything. It is just too good to miss. I would highly recommend Tom to any event planner, especially if you want a very special evening. You simply can't go wrong.
